💰 Remuneration: £27,000 – £31,000 basic (including car allowance) | OTE £45,000 in year 1 – £65,000+ thereafter
Overview: Join a well-known estate agency in Bristol as an experienced Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or Mortgage Adviser. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert mortgage and protection advice in a bustling office dealing with mortgages up to £900k and an average property value of £350k. With over 500 properties sold per month according to the land registry, this is a prime location for your expertise.
Main Duties: As an experienced Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or Mortgage Adviser in Bristol, you will:
- Receive 6 – 8 new mortgage appointments weekly.
- Handle mortgages up to £900k with an average loan size of £350k
- Access a rich pool of new mortgage leads daily.
- Tap into Bristol’s existing client database for remortgage opportunities.
- Collaborate with a substantial client base in a high-performing office.
This role offers an attractive basic salary and substantial earning potential with bonuses, commissions, and incentives, allowing you to earn nearly 50% of total banking figures (including a high basic).
Key Skills: To excel as an experienced Mortgage Advisor, Mortgage Broker, or Mortgage Adviser in Bristol, you must:
- Be fully CeMAP qualified.
- Possess a strong understanding of mortgages and related protection policies.
- Be a team player, working closely with professional introducers to refer clients and leads.
- Be proactive and comfortable contacting the existing client database.
