Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Salary: £20,000 basic pay with uncapped commission scheme and OTE of £40,000, plus car allowance

Position Overview: As a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop the skills and knowledge required to provide expert mortgage advice to clients. You will work closely with experienced advisors to learn the ins and outs of the mortgage application process, assess client needs, and offer tailored solutions. This role offers a competitive basic salary, uncapped commission potential, and additional perks including a car allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist senior mortgage advisors in delivering exceptional service to clients by understanding their financial needs and recommending suitable mortgage products.
-Learn and understand the mortgage application process, including conducting affordability assessments, verifying -documentation, and liaising with lenders.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the mortgage process.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing of mortgage applications and adherence to regulatory requirements.
-Work towards achieving individual and team targets for mortgage sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-A keen interest in the financial services industry, particularly in mortgages and lending.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
-Willingness to undergo training and development to obtain relevant qualifications in mortgage advice.
-Atleast CeMAP 1 certificate is required for this job role
