In this role, you will:
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring they secure the right deal for their needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their financial goals.
- Research and recommend suitable mortgage products from a panel of lenders.
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications efficiently.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents throughout the process.
- Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your knowledge and expertise.
Requirements:
- CeMAP 1 qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a financial or customer service role.
- Clean credit history.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to learn and develop.
Our client offers:
- Competitive salary structure:
- Basic salary up to £20,000
- Guaranteed income of £29,000 for the first 5 months, including car allowance.

- OTE of £40,000 in year 1, £60,000 thereafter.
