£25,000 – £35,000 basic
Overview:
Rare opportunity for an experienced level 4 diploma qualified life and pensions administrator or life and pensions researcher to work with a firm of chartered financial planners alongside a team of chartered advisers offering full administrative support dealing pensions, investments and protection business.
Main Duties:
Working alongside a team of chartered financial planners you will offer full administrative support. Our client averages 5-8 client meetings a day and requires an experienced life and pensions administrator to deal with the workload.
You will analyse the fact finds completed and obtain illustrations using the Synaptic and the Iris illustration systems, sourcing suitable products to meet the clients’ needs.
Once the illustrations have been obtained you will then submit them to the adviser before completing a pre-populated reason why letter.
As well as dealing with the new business you will be required to submit the business to the relevant life, investment, or protection provider, then checking all new business documentation before passing the documentations to the clients.
Our client has excellent procedures and processes in place to ensure the smooth running of the advice process.
Key Skills:
You must possess a good understanding of the financial services industry as well as an excellent working knowledge of the Synaptics and IRIS systems.
A good eye for detail as well as being able to deal with clients on behalf of the IFA is also a pre-requisite.
Due to the expectation of the company and the clients the level 4 diploma qualification must have been attained.
