Basic salary from £35,000 – £55,000 (dependent upon experience), plus, pension, DIS, realistic on target earnings of £75,000 – £80,000.

Overview:
A well established and respected financial planning firm is looking to recruit additional Independent Financial Advisers to join its existing team, where leads, administrative support and a great basic salary is provided.
Main Duties:
As an experienced level 4 diploma qualified Independent Financial Adviser or financial adviser or wealth adviser, you will join the existing team of financial planners in the Chatham, Kent area.
You will provide the necessary advice, guidance ad reassurance to the clients, helping them achieve their long-term financial goals.
Working closely with the existing mortgage broker department, you will receive leads regularly, where clients require additional financial advice with regards to pensions and investments.
As well as receiving leads from the team of the whole of market mortgage brokers, you will have full access to the existing client base, as well as referrals, a marketing department and trust pilot and google advertising.
Dealing with any leads generated promptly, you will offer independent financial advice with regards to pensions, including pension transfers and pension consolidation and investment business.
As well as dealing with the leads generated via the different sources, you will be required to build your client bank through referrals and networking.
As an experienced level 4 diploma qualified individual you will be responsible for providing accurate, professional, and sound financial advice to both new and existing clients.
You will be required to meet the clients face to face where possible, but also via video call if required.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from level 4 diploma qualified experienced financial advisers or IFA possesses a good track record of providing regulated and professional financial advice covering Protection, Pensions, Savings, and Investments.
