Key Responsibilities:
– Assessing clients’ financial circumstances and objectives to provide tailored mortgage advice.
– Recommending suitable mortgage products and guiding clients through the application process.
– Collaborating with colleagues in the office and effectively communicating with clients remotely.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably in Rochdale/Heywood.
– Strong understanding of mortgage products and regulations.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
– CeMAP or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
