Overview:
Excellent opportunity for several experienced mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers to join one of the UK’s best known mortgage broker firms based in the Manchester city centre working on a hybrid basis. With HNW leads from professional introducers, mortgage admin support and an excellent basic salary.
Main Duties:
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working with an established team of mortgage and protection brokers, you will have the option to work from the office in Manchester as well as from home a couple of days a week.
Our client has been established for over 20 years and has no shortage of professional introducers including accountants, law firms and wealth management organisations, as well as an existing client base that stretches back over 2 decades.
Due to the number of leads being generated, additional experienced mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers are required to join the loyal existing team of whole of market mortgage brokers and offer professional mortgage and protection advice.
Dealing with the HNW clients in a swift and timely manner, as the mortgage broker you will be dealing with an average mortgage loan size of £500k.
Based from home and the Manchester city centre office, you will deal with clients throughout the UK.
Not only are all the high-quality leads provided, but you will also benefit from one-to-one mortgage admin support, to ensure that your valuable time as a mortgage broker is spent assisting and advising the HNW clients.
Key Skills:
You must be an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser or a bank-based mortgage advisor with 2 or more years of experience in offering mortgage and protection advice and possess the relevant mortgage qualifications either the CeMAP or CF1 & CF6.
Due to the high level of clientele, excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential for this role
