🏡 Exciting Opportunity: Hybrid Mortgage Advisor in Thornton Heath

- Remuneration: £60,000 – £70,000 in year 1, £90,000 – £120,000
Overview:
- Rare opportunity for a fully qualified mortgage advisor, broker, or adviser.
- Collaborate with a well-known market-leading estate agency in Thornton Heath.
- Work on a hybrid basis, focusing on properties up to £600k with an average sale price of £340k, offering earnings potential of over £100k.
Main Duties:
- Experienced mortgage advisor or broker will work from home or the office in Thornton Heath, handling an average property size of £350k.
- Deal with properties over £600k with the majority averaging £350k.
- Offer whole-of-market mortgage solutions to new and existing clients.
- Provide protection advice from a panel of lenders.
- Benefit from 6-8 new mortgage leads per week, hybrid working, mortgage admin support, and attractive commissions, including an increased percentage on self-generated business.
- Join an existing team of brokers banking between £15k – £20k per month.
Key Skills:
- Consider applications only from experienced mortgage advisors, brokers, or advisers with a full CeMAP qualification.
- Proficient in offering mortgage and protection advice.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous estate agency experience is a distinct advantage.
- A home office setup, self-discipline for diary management, a clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full clean driving license are essential.
