Overview:
An independently owned mortgage brokers linked to one of the best-known mortgage networks in the UK require an experienced mortgage advisor, or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home or from a local estate agency in the Cheltenham area on an employed or self-employed basis, with all leads provided offering the ability to bank £10,000 – £20,000 per month.
Main Duties:
An independently owned mortgage brokers linked to one of the best-known mortgage networks in the UK require an experienced mortgage advisor, or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home or a local estate agency office on an employed or self-employed basis in and around the Cheltenham area, with all leads provided offering the ability to bank £10,000 – £20,000 per month.
Working from home or the local estate agency office in Cheltenham, you will receive hot leads from various sources, including online estate agencies, local well-established estate agencies as well as referrals and telephone enquiries.
Working closely with the estate agency staff in the Cheltenham office, as the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will be receiving 7-10 new mortgage leads a week.
As an experienced mortgage advisor, or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working in and around the Cheltenham area, as well as receiving new leads from the various different estate agency introducers, you will also have access to the existing client database of existing clients.
The mortgage administration team are also proactive in contacting the existing clients offer not just a mortgage review but also a full financial review including pensions and investments.
Mortgage administration support is also on offer to ensure as a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser your valuable time is spent offering whole of market mortgage advice.
The existing mortgage advisors within the business are currently banking between £10,000 – £20,000 per month, with the top quartile earning over £100k per annum.
Based on previous banking figures the local estate agency will enable you to bank at least £150,000 earning at least £75,000.
As well as earning from the mortgage business banked, you can also earn from referring clients to speak with the in-house wealth adviser who will offer advice on pensions and investments.
Although there is no need to self-generate any mortgage leads, as our client will provide the necessary leads to earn £70,000 plus, a larger percentage commission will be paid on any new business that you self-generate, via referrals or your own client base.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage advisor, or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working with the Cheltenham area, from home and the office, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
Along with previous mortgage advisor experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage your own diary as well as the ability to work in a team environment is essential.
Due to the very generous commission splits, this role would suit an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker in the Cheltenham area, who has some clients and needs, but requires additional support.
Summary:
A rare opportunity for a fully qualified mortgage advisor, or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home on a flexible basis dealing with 7 – 10 mortgage leads generated via various lead sources a week in and around the Cheltenham area and earn up to £120k per annum.
Due to the high commission rates paid on self-generated and own clients, this role would suit an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker who has some of their own clients but requires additional leads or enquiries.
