Overview:
A rare opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified mortgage broker or a bank-based mortgage adviser to work from home or the office in Coventry, dependent upon your diary and client requirements.
Our client is offering a basic salary to £28k dependent upon mortgage broker experience plus full benefits including car or allowance, pension, DIS, bonus & commissions, plus all leads provided on a day-to-day basis.
Main Duties:
As a fully CeMAP qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Coventry area you will have the flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week to suit your own diary and the needs and requirement of the clients you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and an existing client base in the Coventry area.
Working closely with an estate agency introducer you will receive leads on a day-to-day basis, working with the team via the telephone, over zoom or face to face you will deal with the referrals on a swift and timely manner.
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Coventry area you will be responsible for managing your own diary and speak to the new clients as soon as the referral is passed over.
As well as receiving new hot leads on a day-to-day basis you will also have unlimited access to the branch existing client base, offering remortgage, product transfer advice.
Key Skills:
You must be an experienced fully CeMAP qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser or a bank-based mortgage advisor who is offering mortgage and protection advice.
You must be disciplined to work from home, manage your own diary and be flexible to meet your clients’ needs and requirements.
A clean credit history along with no criminal convictions and a full UK driving licence is also essential for this role.
