Remuneration:
Basic to £40k (guarantees for 12 months can be added), OTE £60k – £80k.
Overview:
We’re seeking a seasoned and driven Commercial Mortgage Advisor to join our established HNW mortgage broker firm in London working alongside a growing team. You’ll leverage your expertise to advise businesses on a wide range of financing options, ensuring they secure the best possible terms for their unique needs. From acquisition loans to construction financing, you’ll be instrumental in helping tehir clients realise their real estate ambitions.
Main Duties:
- Working with the existing team of commercial mortgage advisors, you will assist clients to purchase, expand or re-finance their business(es) by arranging commercial mortgages.
- Maintaining up to date market knowledge to enable the identification of appropriate solutions for customers.
- Generating business from the company’s database of registered business purchasers and existing operators.
- Create close working relationships with company colleagues to maximise referral opportunities and reciprocal business.
- Develop deep relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and financial objectives.
- Analyse client needs and match them with the perfect loan products, from acquisition and development to refinancing and investment.
- Negotiate terms with lenders to secure competitive rates and optimal loan structures.
- Guide clients through the entire loan application process, ensuring efficient and smooth transactions.
- Maintain a strong network of lenders and industry professionals to expand reach and access specialized options.
- Contribute to the team’s success by exceeding individual and collective performance goals.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record in commercial mortgage advising with a minimum of 2years of experience.
- Strong understanding of commercial real estate market dynamics and financing trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at building rapport with diverse clients.
- Skilled negotiator with the ability to advocate for clients and achieve favourable terms.
- Have deep knowledge of commercial real estate financing and market trends.
- Excel at building rapport, negotiating, and exceeding client expectations.
- Are a self-starter with a results-oriented mindset.
- A self-motivated go-getter with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for real estate.
- Possesses a valid state mortgage license and relevant professional designations.
