Remuneration:
Negotiable basic to £40k with guarantees to £60k for brokers with a proven track record, OTE £150k – £200k. A self-employed option is also available.
Overview:
A very well respected HNW mortgage advisor firm based in Mayfair, is looking to add to its existing team of HNW mortgage and protection advisors in the London office advising HNW clients dealing with mortgage loans from £500k to £2m plus, as well as complex mortgage cases such as ex-pats, overseas mortgages, asset finance, securities lending and corporate finance.
Main Duties:
- An outstanding and rare opportunity for an experienced HNW mortgage advisor to join one of the UK’s most recognised specialist mortgage brokers that specialise in complex and HNW mortgage cases.
- Joining the existing team of mortgage and protection brokers in the London office, you will concentrate on dealing with HNW mortgage cases with a loan value ranging from £500k to £2m, as well as large mortgages, as an experienced mortgage advisor you will deal with private bank, large buy to let, million pound and lager interest only mortgages.
- As well as dealing with the above mortgages, you will also receive enquiries, for releasing equity from high value properties, foreign currency mortgages, and high value mortgages.
- All leads are provided via various sources, including marketing, the loyal existing client base, networking, private banks, trust companies as well as HNW estate agents.
- You will be required to assess the clients needs and requirements in an empathetic manner and ensure that a first-class service is provided.
- Offering regulated and professional advice you will ensure that the mortgage applications run smoothly.
- This role will offer the right applicant to bank over £350k in year one and over £500k in year 2 offering excellent on target earnings.
- Our client will offer a basic to £40,000, or a self-employed package is available.
Key Skills:
- Due to the nature of this high value mortgage advisor role, previous mortgage experience is a must, therefore the relevant mortgage qualification is required, which could be the CeMAP, or MAQ or CF1 & CF6.
- Along with the relevant mortgage qualifications previous experience is essential, and ideally previous experience in dealing with HNW clients and complex mortgages, with property values of over £1 million.
- Excellent communication skills as well as being a team player is also required to work closely with the long-term team of mortgage advisors.
- A clean credit history, with no criminal convictions and a clean compliance record is a necessity.
