Remuneration:
Basic salary to £25,000, plus full benefits including, PHI, Pension, DIS, PMI, Car Allowance, a realistic OTE of £35,000 – £55,000.
Overview:
An experienced sales manager in Barkingside is required to work alongside an existing team of estate agency staff, supporting new and existing clients as well as the team. Valuing properties and showcasing properties on behalf of your customers.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional to join one of Essex’s best known and reputable estate agency chain as a sales manager in the Barkingside area.
Working as the sales manager of the Barkingside branch, you will be required to work alongside an existing team of estate agency staff and new and existing clients.
Valuing properties, as well as showing clients around the properties on the market, so the vendors achieve the best possible price for their home.
Working closely with the sales team, you will bring new properties to the market, matching your clients’ requirements.
Working closely with the associated professional colleagues, including solicitors, lenders, and other estate agencies.
Supporing the branch manager to help motivate, and manage the team, managing the team in the absence of the branch manager.
Key Skills:
Previous estate agency experience, an ability to build great relationships with customers.
Sales experience, along with drive, determination together with passion and enthusiasm.
This is a very fast paced role, so the ability to multi task and maintain professionalism is essential and along with the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
Customer service and a great work ethic, along with a full driving licence is required.
