OTE: £50,000 – £60,000
Overview:
Are you an experienced mortgage advisor or broker seeking a new opportunity? Our client, an independently owned mortgage advisor firm, is looking for talented individuals to join their team. With strong ties to an award-winning estate agency across Yorkshire, this role offers the flexibility to work from home. Benefit from a steady stream of leads generated by the estate agency staff, with approximately 90 houses listed per month in Leeds alone.
Main Duties:
As a fully CeMAP or CF1 and CF6 qualified Mortgage Advisor or Broker, you’ll have the freedom to work remotely or from an established estate agency office. Collaborate with a team of professional introducers to offer whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to new clients. Access the existing client base to provide a remortgage service and enjoy the autonomy to manage your own diary. Our client offers an excellent commission split and enhanced commission on self-generated leads.
Key Skills:
We’re looking for experienced Mortgage Advisors or Brokers with a proven track record in offering mortgage advice. Essential qualifications include CeMAP or MAQ, a clean credit history, and a full driving license. The ability to work autonomously is crucial for success in this role.
