Overview:
An exceptional opportunity awaits a part or fully CeMAP qualified individual aspiring to become a trainee mortgage broker or adviser in the Northampton area. Main Duties:
Joining our esteemed mortgage broker firm, under the guidance of a supportive sales manager, you’ll progress from a trainee mortgage broker or adviser to a fully-fledged whole-of-market mortgage and protection broker. Following a 3-week induction course with full expenses reimbursed, you’ll be equipped to meet clients face-to-face or virtually, providing expert advice on mortgages and protection.
Working closely with our dedicated in-house training team, the mortgage sales manager, and seasoned brokers, you’ll complete the CeMAP qualification if necessary. With our support, you’ll gain invaluable on-the-job experience, ensuring compliance with FCA rules and regulations while offering professional advice to clients.
As a trainee mortgage broker or adviser in Northampton, you’ll collaborate with a team of incentivized professional introducers, receiving daily leads and benefiting from a supportive team environment. Upon gaining experience and confidence, you’ll have the option to work from home or the office, enjoying a competitive basic salary and excellent earnings potential.
Key Skills:
Applicants must possess part of the mortgage qualifications, either CeMAP or CF1, coupled with sales experience, preferably within a financial or customer-focused environment. A clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license are essential.
