£24,000 – £27,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, pension, DIS, OTE £50k – £65k year1
Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice, working from the very busy office in Newcastle-under-Lyme dealing with mortgages up to £450k, with an average property value of £150k.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from an established estate agency office in Newcastle-under-Lyme.
The Newcastle-under-Lyme office alone has a database of existing clients of over 5000, deals with properties up to £450k with an average property value in the area is £150k with over 700 properties sold per month in the area.
As the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you will deal with new leads passed over on a day-to-day basis, from leads via the branch staff.
As well as receiving new leads on a regular basis, you will also have access to the 5000 existing clients, where the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will have unlimited access to the clients, to review their existing mortgage and protection policies as well as receive fresh leads on a day-to-day basis.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Newcastle-under-Lyme branch, excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6, or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
