Remuneration:
Basic to £18,000, additional earnings guaranteed within the first 4 months, Holiday Commission, 33 days paid Holiday, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Structured Career Path, Employee Assistance Scheme, OTE £20,000-£25,000.
Overview:
Fantastic opportunity has arisen for a trainee estate agent to work in a very well-known and trusted estate agency based in Brighton, East Sussex. You will be generating new business daily and providing advice to customer’s during their move, while also working towards daily targets and goals. You will work closely with managers and employees to provide the premium service.
Main Duties:
As a trainee estate agent and working closely with the experienced estate agency branch manager and the existing team of sales negotiators and estate agents in the Brighton area, you will be required to deal with clients over the phone, via video links and face to face, selling the new customers their dream home.
Part of the role as a trainee estate agent in the Brighton office you will be required to make lots of calls, generating new business and providing help and advice to the customers during their move.
As well as being pro-active you will also be required to arrange viewings and open days, booking valuations, and offering the companies range of services including mortgages and conveyancing.
Part of the role as a trainee estate agent in Brighton you will accompany customers on viewings or hosting our popular “Open House” events.
You will be working towards individual targets and goals and taking part in daily morning meetings to share information and updates with the team. Working closely with your colleagues and managers to provide the “Premium Service” our customers deserve.
Key Skills:
As this is a trainee estate agent position, no previous estate agency experience is required, however, a positive, energetic, and passionate about service.
Previous sales or customer services experience would be a distinct advantage to become a trainee estate agency for this well-known reputable estate agency brand in the Brighton area.
Working alongside the experiences estate agency staff including the branch sales manager you will learn the sales service through hitting personal targets and goals.
Full training is provided by the estate agency, but you must be hard working who has the resilience and determination to get the job done.
You will need a full driving license and your own car.
This role would suit a determined, enthusiastic individual who wishes to be a trainee estate agent in the Brighton area.
