Overview:
- Our client is a leading financial advice company with a 5-star Feefo customer experience rating and is seeking an experienced Will and LPA Estate Planner to join its team in Stockton-on-Tees. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking company with excellent career development opportunities. The existing team consisting of wealth advisors, mortgage brokers and equity release advisors are submitting 60 new applications a month, these financial services professionals, work from a fact find, highlighting the need for Wills and LPA estate planning, as well as being finally incentivised to refer Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney leads to the successful applicant.
Responsibilities:
- Draft wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) for clients
- Provide clear and concise advice on estate planning matters.
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Work closely with the estate planning team to achieve targets.
- Develop your skills and knowledge in estate planning.
Skills and Experience:
- Solid track record of drafting wills and LPAs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relationship-building skills with a knack for implementing change.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines.
- Caring and empathetic approach
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The desire to work in an ethical and customer service focused environment.
