Basic to £25,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE £45,000 – £65,000
Overview:
Rare opportunity for a part CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser to work for one of the best-known estate agency brands in the Rochester area.
Main Duties:
A rare opportunity has arisen for a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser possessing the full or part of the CeMAP qualification to join one of Kent’s best-known estate agency brands.
Working within an estate agency office alongside a senior mortgage and protection broker, you will support and continue the customer journey from the initial consultation with the senior mortgage broker to the full application and reviews of protection insurances.
As well as assisting the customers you will provide a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients. You will be required to act as a point of contact for clients and third parties, keeping our clients fully aware of the progress of their mortgage.
Alongside the senior mortgage broker, you will also present and process life assurance as well as other protection products.
Including the administrative duties, you will be responsible for preparing the reason for recommendations letters and the accuracy of data. You will also be responsible for submitting new business to lenders and life companies.
Key Skills:
Applications will be considered from trainee mortgage brokers or trainee mortgage advisers, with the full or part of the CeMAP qualification, and previous sales experience gained in a structured financial services environment.
