Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Remuneration: To £25,000 basic salary, including car allowance, OTE £35,000 – £45,000, full support with CeMAP and training provided
Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join our client in Welwyn Garden City. The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to learn about the mortgage industry and is looking to build a successful career as a Mortgage Advisor.
Main Duties:
- Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients
- Work with a team of introducers to contact existing clients and review their existing mortgage and protection policies
- Receive and process new mortgage leads
- Provide regulated advice on mortgages and associated protection products
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
Key Skills:
- Enthusiasm and a keen interest in the mortgage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
Training and Support:
You will receive full support with your CeMAP training and exams. We will also provide you with comprehensive training on all aspects of the mortgage process, from understanding the different types of mortgages available to providing advice on protection products.
Progression:
Once you have completed your training and passed your CeMAP exams, you will be able to progress to a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor role. This will give you the opportunity to earn a competitive salary and commission, as well as build a successful career in the mortgage industry.
