What is on offer:
- Competitive salary: £18,000 – £20,000 base, plus car allowance, pension, benefits, financial guarantees of £500 per month for 5 months(equating to £29,000)
- OTE: £40,000 year 1, £60,000 year 2)

What you’ll do:
- Assist clients in securing mortgages and protection products
- Build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert advice
- Work collaboratively with introducers and colleagues to achieve targets
- Adhere to FCA regulations and maintain high ethical standards
Who you are:
- Possess part of the mortgage qualifications (CeMAP or CF1) or a strong desire to learn
- Have sales experience, preferably within a financial or customer-focused role
- Hold a clean credit history, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to building a successful career
