Job Opportunity: Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Location: Leagrave, Luton
Remuneration: Up to £22,000 basic salary + car allowance, OTE £35,000 – £45,000, full support with CeMAP and training provided
Overview: We are seeking a motivated Trainee Mortgage Advisor to join a dynamic client in Leagrave, Luton. If you are eager to learn about the mortgage industry and carve out a successful career as a Mortgage Advisor, this role is for you.
Main Duties:
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients!
- Collaborate with introducers to review existing mortgage and protection policies!
- Handle new mortgage leads and provide regulated advice!
- Build and nurture strong client relationships!

- Enthusiasm for the mortgage industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and develop skills.
Training and Support:
- Full support with CeMAP training and exams
- Comprehensive training on all aspects of the mortgage process
