Basic to £26,000, plus benefits including, 33 days holiday, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, OTE £45,000 – £50,000
Overview:
Trainee mortgage broker vacancy on the Isle of Wight, or Trainee mortgage adviser job on the Isle of Wight, for a part CeMAP qualified sales individual to work with a very well-known reputable estate agency brand, with full training and support provided.
Main Duties:
Working as a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage advisor in the Isle of Wight office, you will be provided with full training, mentoring, and support offered by the sales manager as well as the training team.
Working with the experienced sales manager, as well as the branch staff on the Isle of Wight, you will offer mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients, face to face, over the telephone or virtually.
With full training and constant support, as the trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser you will conduct a thorough fact find to ascertain the client’s needs and requirements.
Based on the information gathered you will source the suitable mortgage lender as well as the right protection policies to suit their needs.
As well as receiving leads on a day-to-day basis, you will also have access to the branches existing client data base of loyal existing clients, where you can offer a mortgage and protection review.
As the trainee mortgage broker or training mortgage adviser based in the Isle of Wight, you will progress to achieve the full CeMAP qualification.
Key Skills:
As a trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser, you must possess at least the CeMAP 1 qualification and previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in a face-to-face environment, however, applications will be considered from telephone-based sales individual.
A clean credit history, with no criminal convictions and a full UK driving licence is essential.
