Overview:
Rare opportunity for a CeMAP 1 or fully CeMAP qualified trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser, trainee mortgage advisor to work for one of the best-known estate agency brands in the East London area, with full training, support towards the CeMAP qualification and an excellent basic salary.
Main Duties:
A rare opportunity has arisen for a trainee mortgage advisor or trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser possessing the minimum of the CeMAP 1 qualification to join a well-established estate agency office in the Portsmouth area.
Working within in an estate agency office with full training, support, assistance with the CeMAP qualification along with a high basic salary of £26,000 provided, you will work closely with the established team and experienced sales manager.
This team will generate new mortgage leads for the trainee mortgage broker or trainee mortgage adviser, or trainee mortgage advisor in the Portsmouth area on a daily basis. Speaking with the new enquires, you will carry out an in-depth fact find to source the right mortgage and protection policies to suit their needs.
As well as receiving new leads, you will also have access to the branches existing and loyal client database, where as a trainee mortgage broker, or trainee mortgage adviser or trainee mortgage advisor you will offer the customers a remortgage service ensuring that they receive the best possible advice available.
Key Skills:
For this trainee mortgage broker, or trainee mortgage adviser or trainee mortgage advisor vacancy in Portsmouth, previous face to face sales experience, a full UK driving licence, self-motivated and ideally possessing the CeMAP 1 qualification is required.
Attention to detail along with excellent communication skills and the willingness to learn is imperative.
Applications will be considered from a trainee mortgage broker or a trainee mortgage adviser or a trainee mortgage advisor with the part of the CeMAP qualification, previous sales experience gained in a structured financial services environment.
