Remuneration:
Basic to £30,000, plus car or allowance, 33 Days Paid Holiday, Holiday Commission, Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards, and Incentives, OTE £55,000 – £60,000 in year 1, £65,000 – £80,000 2nd year onwards.
Overview:
Mortgage broker vacancy in the Isle of Wight, for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, to work alongside an established estate agency brand, offering excellent earnings.
Main Duties:
Mortgage broker or mortgage adviser required to work alongside a very well-established estate agency brand in the Isle of Wight.
Working closely with the team of introducers on the Isle of Wight, you will be required to offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will receive new leads on a day-to-day basis, as well as receiving new leads, you will also have access to the existing loyal client database and be able to offer a revie of their existing mortgage and protection arrangements.
As the mortgage broker you will offer compliant, regulated, and professional whole of market mortgage and protection advice, ensuring that the all house buying service runs smoothly.
Working closely with the estate agency staff, you will coach and train them to spot new mortgage opportunities.
Key Skills:
As you will be the only experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working in the Isle of Wight branch, previous experience is essential along with the full CeMAP qualification and a good working knowledge of the mortgage process.
Driven, motivated and a passion for excellence is required.
Competency Advisor Status (CAS), along with a clean credit history and a full UK driving licence is also a necessity.
