Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced senior mortgage broker or senior mortgage advisor to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the busy office in the Portsmouth area dealing with mortgages up to £750k.
Main Duties:
Working as a senior mortgage broker or senior mortgage advisor a busy estate agency office in the Portsmouth area alongside the existing team of sales negotiators, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
The Portsmouth estate agency branch is currently generating 7 – 10 first appointments per week and has a very impressive range of over properties on the market.
Covering the busy Portsmouth area, as an experienced senior mortgage broker or senior mortgage advisor, you will work alongside the team of introducers, dealing with new mortgage leads received on a daily basis, as well as having unlimited access to the existing loyal client bank, whereas the senior mortgage advisor in Portsmouth, you can offer remortgage advice.
As a mortgage advisor you will ensure that the client receives the best advice on mortgages as well as the associated protection products.
Key Skills:
As a senior mortgage broker or senior mortgage adviser you must possess an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the associated protection products along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from experienced mortgage advisors looking to become a mortgage broker or a mortgage broker looking to work alongside a busy, motivated team of introducers.
