Overview:
A reputable estate agency is seeking an experienced Senior Mortgage Advisor to provide expert mortgage and protection advice at their bustling office in Thanet, Kent. This role involves handling mortgages up to £750k.
Main Duties:
As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will collaborate with the existing sales team in the dynamic Thanet office, offering comprehensive mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients. With the branch generating 7 – 10 first appointments per week and boasting an impressive range of properties on the market, you’ll have ample opportunities to excel. You’ll work closely with introducers, manage daily mortgage leads, and leverage the existing client base to offer remortgage advice, ensuring top-notch service delivery and client satisfaction.
Do you have:
- A minimum CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)?
- Proven success as a Senior Mortgage Advisor or Broker?
- In-depth knowledge of mortgages and protection products?
- A desire to provide exceptional client service?
- A yearning for a vibrant seaside community? (New!)
