Role Overview:
As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you will be a key member of our team, providing expert mortgage advice to clients in Thanet and surrounding areas. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing clients’ financial situations, recommending suitable mortgage products, and guiding them through the mortgage application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients’ mortgage needs and eligibility.
- Provide expert advice on mortgage options, including repayment terms, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, assisting with paperwork and liaising with lenders on their behalf.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and mortgage applications using our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and market trends to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements:
- CeMAP qualification or equivalent certification is essential.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
