Basic to £30,000 plus bonus & commission – OTE £55,000 – £90,000
Overview:
A well-known, established mortgage broker firm requires an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home in the South East London area and deal with leads booked into your dairy, via the mortgage administration/marketing team.
Main Duties:
A rare mortgage advisor opportunity for an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home in the South East London area, receiving mortgage appointments arranged via the mortgage administration/marketing team.
This dedicated team of introducers will contact the existing warm client base, whose currently mortgage arrangements are due to expire and who have established over the past decade and arrange a suitable time to talk to you as the home-based mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser.
The team of introducers are currently arranging 8 – 10 mortgage appointments a week. Dealing with the clients via telephone, or other virtual means, including zoom, teams, and webex, you will offer a suitable alternative to the clients existing mortgage arrangements.
As well as dealing with the hot leads being referred over, you will also be able to generate your own mortgage leads, via networking, referrals and other means that are suitable.
Our client will offer a basic salary to £30,000, or if preferred will offer the option to go self employed and offer financial support.
Not only as a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser will you receive the opportunity to work from home, be provided with hot leads, you will also receive generous remuneration and mortgage admin support.
Based on averages, as a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the South East London area, you should be able to write 4 – 5 new mortgages a week, giving excellent earnings potential.
Key Skills:
As a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working from home in the South East London area, previous mortgage advice experience is essential. The ability to manage your own diary, be self-disciplined is also a necessity.
Excellent communication skills both written and orally along with good IT skills area also required.
As this is a regulated mortgage advisor in South East London, as usual a clean credit history, no complaints, no criminal convictions along with a full UK driving licence is also required.
