Overview:
A well-known flagship estate agency office in the Croydon area, requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice working from home and visiting the office 2/3 times a week.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join a well-established mortgage broker firm, and a flagship estate agency office in the Croydon area.
This financial services focused flagship estate agency office based in Croydon, requires an experienced fully CeMAP mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with the established team of introducers offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to the new clients.
As well as receiving new leads on a daily basis, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Croydon area you will have unlimited access to the branches existing client database, where you will be able to offer a remortgage service, ensuring that the clients have the best mortgage possible.
Our client also offers administrative support, ensuing that as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Croydon area, you will focus on speaking with clients ensuring that they receive a first-class service along with professional mortgage and protection advice.
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Croydon area, you will deal with mortgages for properties up to £1m, however, the average property size for the area is £400k.
Our client will also offer the experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Croydon the option to refer protection business to the relevant team, or complete protection themselves.
Based on previous performances of the flagship estate agency office, an experienced mortgage professional should be able to bank between £15,000 – £20,000 per month, offering fantastic earnings potential.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the flagship estate agency office in the Croydon area, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various protection products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment possessing a good track record in mortgage sales, along with the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification.
CAS would be a distinct advantage, however, is not essential for this role, as our client offers excellent training and support.
