Overview:
A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or a bank-based mortgage adviser to work with an established introducer in the Southgate area.
Our client is offering a basic salary of £28,000 (dependent upon experience), financial guarnatees to £50,000 for 5 months, plus full benefits including car or allowance, pension, DIS, bonus & commissions, and HNW leads provided on a day-to-day basis.
Main Duties:
Mortgage broker or mortgage adviser is required to work from an established estate agency introducer in the Southgate area, offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing HNW clients.
Working closely with an estate agency introducer you will receive leads on a day-to-day basis, working with the team of introducers, you will deal with clients via the telephone, over zoom or face to face you will deal with the referrals in a swift and timely manner.
You will be responsible for managing your diary and speaking to the new clients as soon as the referral is passed over.
As well as receiving new hot leads on a day-to-day basis you will also have unlimited access to the branch’s existing client base, offering remortgage, and product transfer advice.
Working in the Southgate office, as a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will deal with property’s up to £2m, and on average 250 properties are sold per month in the local geographical area.
Key Skills:
You must be an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser or a bank-based mortgage advisor who is experienced in offering mortgage and protection advice and possess the relevant mortgage qualifications.
Previous experience in dealing with HNW clients, would also be an advantage
A clean credit history along with no criminal convictions and the full UK driving licence is also essential for this role.
