Job Title: Home-Based New Build Mortgage Advisor
🏡 Location: Sheffield
Remuneration: Basic up to £28,000 + car/allowance, IT equipment, OTE £40,000 in year 1, £55,000 – £80,000 thereafter
Overview: An incredible opportunity awaits an experienced, fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker. Join a prominent national brokerage firm, specialising in the new build department, covering the Sheffield area. The best part? You’ll be working from the comfort of your home, receiving 6-8 mortgage leads each week and generating additional leads by contacting existing new build sites.
Main Duties: This unique role offers a seasoned Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker the chance to work from home in Sheffield, with all the necessary IT equipment provided. You’ll provide new clients with whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Dealing with new build developers and a shared ownership introducer
- Receiving 6-8 hot new leads weekly
- Offering non-fee mortgage and protection advice on leads from new build developers
- Generating leads by contacting various new build sites in Sheffield
- Maintaining business relationships with new build developers
- Handling inquiries promptly and precisely, as new build sites expect commitment from potential buyers.
Key Skills: We’re seeking applications from fully qualified Mortgage Advisors, Mortgage Brokers, or Mortgage Advisers with a strong track record in mortgage and protection advice. Experience as a new build mortgage broker is a distinct advantage, along with a background in home-based work.
In addition to previous mortgage advice experience and the full CeMAP qualification, as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in Sheffield, you should have a clean credit history, no compliance issues, no criminal convictions, and a full UK driving license.
