Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage advisor to join the company as a new homes mortgage broker, offering mortgage and protection advice to the new clients being referred over on a regular basis.
Main Duties:
Working with the existing team of mortgage brokers, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working in the Medway area, you will offer new clients whole of market mortgage advice as well as advising on the various protection products including life, critical illness, and income protection.
Specialising in new build mortgages, you will offer the new leads, advice on residential, help to buy and shared ownership mortgages.
Based in the Medway area, as a new build mortgage broker, you will be able to offer whole of market mortgage advice to clients throughout the UK, conducting virtual meetings to assess the individual circumstances and needs
As this is a new homes mortgage broker role, you will also be required to ensuring that all relevant paperwork is compliant and is in line with the FCA guidelines.
Working 5 days a week including Saturdays (every other Saturday) with a rest day in the week where a Saturday is worked
Remuneration:
Basic to £27,000, pension, life assurance, bonus & commission, OTE £48,000 – £65,000.
Key Skills:
As a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you must possess an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the associated protection products along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from experienced mortgage advisors looking to become a mortgage broker or a mortgage broker looking to work alongside a busy, motivated team of introducers.
New build mortgage broker experience would be preferred, however, is not essential as full training is provided by our client.
