Basic to £31,000 including car allowance, all IT equipment, pension, DIS OTE £55,000 – £70,000
Overview:
An excellent opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join a well-known national brokerage firm in the new build department covering the West Midlands area.
Working from home, as a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the West midlands area, you will receive 6 – 8 mortgage leads per week, dealing with shared ownership and new build developers, where you should be signing up 1 – 2 mortgages per week, with an average case size of £3,000, based on the generous commission structure as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser, you have the earn over £60,000.
Main Duties:
A rare and excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home in the West Midlands area with all necessary IT equipment provided offering new clients whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
Dealing with one of the UK’s largest shared ownership introducers as well as local new build developers you will receive 6 – 8 new leads per week. You will offer mortgage and protection advice on a fee and non-fee basis, dependent upon the introducer. As well as receiving the new leads regularly you will be able to generate your leads by contacting various new build sites in the West Midlands area.
As you will be dealing with new build enquiries, you must deal with leads in a swift and precise manner, as the new build sites will want a commitment from the clients looking to buy a new build property.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from fully qualified mortgage advisors or mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers who possess a good track record of offering mortgage and protection advice.
A new build mortgage broker would also be a distinct advantage along with experienced in-home working.
Excellent communication skills both written and orally are imperative.
A clean credit history, no complaints or discipline issues, no criminal convictions and a full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
