£40,000 – £50,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, OTE £80,000 – £90,000
Overview:
A well-respected mortgage broker is seeking an experienced mortgage sales manager to manage an existing team of 10 – 12 estate agency-based whole of market mortgage brokers as well as recruit additional mortgage brokers to the team.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced mortgage sales manager to manage a team of estate agency-based mortgage and protection brokers in and around the South Yorkshire and Derbyshire area including Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Barnsley, Matlock area.
You will be managing an existing team of 10 – 12 estate agency-based mortgage and protection brokers, working closely with the financial services director you will mentor, coach, and train the existing team of brokers as well as recruit additional brokers to cover various locations.
You will carry out observations; one to one’s along with analyzing KPI figures ensuring that the brokers are achieving targets set.
Our client will offer a basic to £50,000 plus a car or car allowance, and an OTE of £80,000
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage sales managers with previous mortgage management experience.
