Overview:
A well-respected mortgage brokers is seeking an experienced mortgage sales manager to supervise an existing team of 8 – 10, employed home based new build mortgage brokers as well as recruiting additional new build mortgage brokers to join and your team.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced mortgage sales manager to supervise a team of employed home based CeMAP qualified new homes mortgage and protection brokers.
Working from a home based in the NW England, supervising an existing team of 8 – 10 employed new build mortgage brokers, assisting them in achieving and exceeding their personal and business goals.
As the mortgage sales manager you will be carrying out client observations and offering constructive and positive feedback, to help the mortgage brokers achieve their targets set.
You will be managing an existing team of 8 – 10 new build mortgage brokers, working closely with the financial services director you will mentor, coach, and train the existing team of brokers as well as recruiting additional brokers to cover various locations. As well as recruiting additional self-employed mortgage brokers.
Key Skills:
As the mortgage sales manager working closely with the existing team of home based and employed new build mortgage brokers, previous sales management experience is essential.
Experienced in supervising a team of mortgage and protection brokers is desirable, however, applications will be considered from experienced mortgage sales managers from banks, building societies or mortgage broker firms.
A proven track record of supervising a team of CeMAP qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers, along with a clean credit history, a full UK driving licence with no drink driving offences and with no previous criminal convictions is required.
Summary:
A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage sales manager to join one of the UK’s best known and recognised mortgage broker firms, supervising an existing team of home based, new build mortgage brokers, as well as recruiting additional mortgage advisors to join you and your team, in return you will receive a basic to £45,000 financial guarantees to £60,000 for 4 months, bonus and commission with an OTE of £70,000 plus.
