Overview:
A well-respected national, rapidly expanding mortgage broker firm is seeking an experienced mortgage sales manager to supervise an existing team of 7 -10 fully qualified self-supported home-based mortgage brokers as well as recruiting additional brokers to join you and your team in the Northeast England and Scotland area.
Main Duties:
Working from home as the sales manager, you supervise an existing team of 7 – 10 experienced, whole of market mortgage and protection brokers ensuring that they have the support and guidance to achieve their personal and business goals.
Working closely with the financial services director you will mentor, coach, and support the existing team of brokers as well as recruiting additional brokers living in the Northeast England and Scotland to join you and your established team of mortgage and protection brokers.
As well as supporting the existing team of mortgage brokers you will be required to recruit additional experienced mortgage advisers to your team, using social media, a dedicated recruitment team, referrals as well as any other source that you deem suitable.
You will also be required to carry out observations; one to one’s along with analysing KPI figures ensuring that the brokers are achieving their own personal and business targets. Working with your team of mortgage brokers, you will offer business guidance and support.
Our client will offer a basic to £45,000 plus BMW 4 series or car allowance, financial guarantees to £65,000 for 6-8 months, commission on all business banked by the team of mortgage brokers, bonuses dependent upon file quality that equates to an OTE of £80,000 – £90,0000.
Key Skills:
For this opportunity as a mortgage sales manager for this well-known recognised mortgage broker firm, you must be an experienced mortgage sales manager, experienced in supervising and motivating a team of regulated mortgage brokers.
A proven track record of recruiting experienced mortgage brokers is also essential for the excellent opportunity.
A clean credit history, with no criminal convictions and a full UK driving licence is required.
