£35,000 – £45,000 basic, car or allowance, pension, DIS, Bonus & Commission OTE £80,000 – £90,000.

Overview:
A well-respected mortgage broker firm based in North Wales is seeking an experienced mortgage sales manager to manage an existing team of 5-10 fully qualified self-supported home-based mortgage brokers as well as recruiting additional brokers to join you and your team.
Main Duties:
A mortgage sales manager is required to work from home in the North Wales area supervising a team of 5 – 10 experienced whole of market mortgage and protection brokers ensuring that they have the support and guidance to achieve their financial goals and carry out training and development.
Working closely with the financial services director as a mortgage sales manager you will mentor, coach, and support the existing team of mortgage brokers as well as recruiting additional mortgage brokers and mortgage advisers to cover various locations in the North Wales area. As well as recruiting additional self-employed mortgage brokers to join your team.
As well as supporting the existing team of mortgage brokers you will be required to recruit additional experienced mortgage advisers to your team, using social media, a dedicated recruitment team, referrals as well as any other source that you deem suitable.
You will also be required to carry out observations; one to one’s along with analysing KPI figures ensuring that the mortgage brokers are achieving their own individual targets.
Our client will offer a basic to £45k plus BMW 4 series or car allowance, commission on all business banked, bonuses dependent upon file quality that equates to an OTE of £80k – £90k
Key Skills:
Applications will be considered from experienced mortgage sales managers with previous mortgage management experience. The ability to recruit additional brokers would be a distinct advantage
