Overview:
A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage sales manager to join a national mortgage broker firm, supervising an existing team of 10-14 employed mortgage and protection brokers in the Kent and South London area, offering a basic to £50,000 and an OTE of £90,000.
Main Duties:
As an experienced mortgage sales manager, you will be responsible for supervising an existing team of employed mortgage and protection brokers, working from various estate agency branches in Kent and South London area.
Working closely with the financial services director you will mentor, coach, and train the existing team of mortgage brokers as well as recruiting additional brokers to cover various locations in and around the Kent and South London areas.
Our client will offer a basic to £50,000 plus a car or car allowance, financial guarantees for 6 months and a realistic OTE of £80,000 in year 1 and the realistic opportunity to earn over six figures thereafter.
As the mortgage sales manager you will receive commission and bonuses on all business banked by your team of mortgage and protections brokers.
Key Skills:
As the mortgage sales manager covering the Kent and South London area, supervising an existing team of 10-14 mortgage and protection brokers, previous mortgage sales management experience is essential.
Experienced in supervising a team of estate agency-based mortgage and protection brokers is desirable, however, applications will be considered from experienced mortgage sales managers from banks, building societies or mortgage broker firms.
A proven track record of supervising a team of CeMAP qualified mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers, along with a clean credit history, a full UK driving licence with no drink driving offences and with no previous criminal convictions is required.
