Remuneration:
£20,000 – £24,000 basic plus £4k car allowance bonuses paid monthly, pension, DIS and an OTE of £55k – £60k.
Overview:
An extremely busy estate agency branch that consistently sells with 12-15 new house sales per month, require an experienced mortgage and protection advisor to work in their Loughborough offices, where you will receive new leads on a day to day to basis.
Our client will also offer the opportunity to work from home a couple of days a week and handle the mortgage enquiries.
Main Duties:
As a mortgage and protection advisor, you will be working alongside the financial services focused team of sales negotiators and experienced branch managers, you will offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice to the new clients that are generated on a day-to-day basis.
As well as receiving regular introductions, you will also have access to the existing client database, where you can offer remortgage and protection advice to the loyal existing client’s database.
Our client will also allow you to work from home 3 – 4 days a week, allowing you to have full control over your diary, providing you meet the clients’ expectations.
Key Skills:
As you will be the only mortgage broker covering the two busy estate agency branches, you must hold the full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) along with competent adviser status (CAS) and have a good track record of providing advice on mortgages and the associated mortgage protection products.
Ideally, you will be working as a mortgage and protection advisor and working with professional introducers, including estate agents or banks or building societies.
You should also be ambitious, highly driven, goal orientated, highly personable and presentable, and generate activity from a selection of introducers.
Summary:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or adviser to work alongside two busy estate agency offices in the Loughborough area. You will earn over £50k, with flexible working hours.
