Job Opportunity: Mortgage Paraplanner – Hailsham
🏠 Location: Hailsham
💰 Remuneration: Up to £35,000 basic plus pension, DIS, bonuses – OTE £37,000
Overview: A prestigious independent financial advisory firm in Hailsham is seeking an experienced mortgage administrator or mortgage paraplanner. This role involves close collaboration with the business owner and senior mortgage advisor to handle all mortgage administrative tasks.
Main Duties: Here’s your chance to join a well-established financial advisory firm in Hailsham as a mortgage paraplanner or administrator. Work on weekdays alongside the senior mortgage advisor and the business owner.
As an experienced mortgage professional, your responsibilities will include:
- Analysing completed fact-find documents
- Sourcing suitable lenders and products to meet client needs.
- Drafting detailed reason-why letters and suitable reports using specialized software
- Submitting new mortgage applications
- Chasing involved parties in the mortgage process
- Acting as the initial point of contact for clients
- Using the company’s CRM system for compliance and record-keeping.
Key Skills: We’re open to applications from experienced mortgage professionals, including senior sales support, mortgage paraplanners, and those transitioning from mortgage brokerage into administrative roles. You must hold a full CeMAP qualification and live within an easy commute of Hailsham.
Summary: This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the business owner and senior mortgage advisor, providing comprehensive administrative support for mortgage processes. Your duties will involve sourcing appropriate mortgage products, creating reason-why letters and suitable reports, and acting as the primary contact for all parties involved, including clients, lenders, and solicitors.
