Overview:
Rare opportunity for a senior mortgage broker or senior mortgage adviser who is looking to progress their career and become a mortgage mentor in the London area.
Main Duties:
Our client is one of the UK’s best-known mortgage brokers and estate agency brands and due to expansion is giving the rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to join their London team as a senior mortgage broker, supervising an existing team of experienced mortgage brokers and progressing to become a mortgage sales manager in London.
Due to expansion an experienced senior broker or senior mortgage adviser is required to join an established team of whole of market mortgage brokers with a view to becoming a sales manager.
Working with the team of mortgage professionals, you will also be required to write your own mortgage and protection business from leads generated via the estate agency introducers.
As well as supervising the existing team of mortgage brokers and writing mortgage and protection business, you will be required to recruit additional employed mortgage brokers to join you and your team in the London area.
Not only will you receive a good basic salary, you will receive commission and bonuses on all business banked, but you will also receive a commission based on business production generated from the existing team of mortgage brokers
Key Skills:
Due to this being a senior mortgage broker/sales manager position, applications will only be considered from senior mortgage brokers or senior mortgage advisers who are looking to progress their own careers and become mortgage mentor.
Previous mentor or supervisory experience is preferred but is not essential, providing you can demonstrate a good track record as a senior mortgage broker.
Full CeMAP qualification with no previous or current criminal charges and a clean, in-date driver’s licence
