Remuneration:
Basic £18,500 OTE £19,700 plus 33 days paid Holiday (pro rata), Pension, Life Insurance, Company Rewards and Incentives, Employee Assistance Scheme, Child Care Vouchers
Overview:
Opportunity for a customer service advisor to work in a well-established team to provide administration to top class mortgage advisors.
Main Duties:
You will keep clients fully aware of the progress of their mortgage. Liaising with lenders, solicitors, sales progressors, mortgage advisors & and residential branch managers.
Updating records contained on the computer software. And maintaining a compliant service in line with the Financial Services Authority.

- Excellent planning with the ability to prioritise workload
- Aware of the mortgage process (would be an advantage)
