Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Walderslade, Kent office dealing with mortgages up to £2m, with an average property value of £550k, offering realistic on target earnings of £65,000
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work an established estate agency office in Walderslade area, offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients.
The Walderslade office has a database of existing clients of nearly 2000, deals with properties up to £2m with an average property value in the area is £550k with nearly 80 properties sold per month in the area.
As the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Walderslade office, you will work closely with the mortgage sales manager, the branch manager as well as the team of introducers, who will refer new mortgage enquiries on a regular basis.
Not only will the team, book 6-8 new mortgage leads per week, but as a proactive mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the Walderslade branch, you will have unlimited access to the existing client base of over 2,000 individuals.
To enable the mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Walderslade, to spend time offering whole of market mortgage advice to the new and existing clients, our client will offer mortgage administrative support to ensure that you use your time affectively
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker/adviser working within the branch, excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
