Overview:
A rare opportunity for a fully qualified mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Thornton Heath area to offer whole of market mortgage advice to new and existing clients, offering a remortgage service, new leads from a well-known online estate agency as well as overflow from various local estate agencies.
Main Duties:
A rare opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from home or the office in the Thornton Heath area offering whole of market mortgage and protection advice to new clients.
Our client will refer pre-qualified leads to you to contact at an agreed time and offer whole of market mortgage and protection advice.
As a mortgage broker or mortgage adviser living in the Thornton Heath area, you will be dealing with existing clients offering a remortgage service as well as receiving leads from various estate agencies.
This role will allow you to work with an existing team of brokers who are banking between – £15,000 – £20,000 per month, earning £7,500 – £10,000.
Key Skills:
Applications will only be considered from experienced mortgage brokers or mortgage advisers living in the Thornton Heath area, who possess a good track record of offering mortgage and protection advice and who do not require full supervision.
The ability to manage your diary is also essential
