Overview:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker or a mortgage adviser to join one of the largest and best known mortgage broker firms in the UK, working with a busy estate agency introducer in the Thornton Heath area.
Our client is offering a basic salary to £32,000 dependent upon experience plus full benefits including car or allowance, pension, DIS, bonus & commissions, plus all leads provided on a day-to-day basis.
Main Duties:
As an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working in the busy Thornton Heath estate agency office, you will receive new mortgage leads from the financial services focused team working in the Thornton Heath office.
This focused team of introducers will generate 7 – 10 new mortgage leads per week for an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working on the Thornton Heath branch. As well as receiving new mortgage leads daily, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will also have unlimited access to the Thornton Heath’s existing client base, where you will be able to offer a remortgage service.
This busy estate agency branch in Thornton heath will allow an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to deal with properties of over £1m and the branch sells 40 – 50 properties per month.
As well as offering whole of market mortgage advice you will also be required to offer advice on the associated protection products, which as well as giving the clients the best advice you will also double your case size.
Key Skills:
For this busy estate agency office in Thornton Heath, you must be an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser possessing the relevant qualifications.
You must have excellent communication skills to work with the existing long serving team of introducers, as well as having the confidence to contact the Thornton Heath’s existing loyal client database of existing clients.
A clean credit history, no criminal convictions and a full UK driving licence is also essential for this role.
