This role offers:
- Competitive salary: £25,000-£29,000 base inc. car allowance + guaranteed income of £45,000 for 6 months + pension, DIS, commission, and bonuses. OTE potential of £55,000-£70,000!
- High transaction volume: Over 200 properties sold monthly, translating to 10 new mortgage appointments per week for you!
- Strong support system: Collaborate with an established team of introducers and access a loyal client base.
- Top commissions: Earn £200-£500 per case thanks to the sliding commission scale based on performance.
- Whole of market access: Offer expert advice on a wide range of mortgage and protection products to cater to every client’s needs.

We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience: Successfully completed mortgages up to £500k with an average value of £175k.
- In-depth knowledge: Masterful understanding of mortgage products and associated protection plans.
- Qualifications: CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
- Sales-driven: A track record of exceeding targets and a passion for building relationships.
- Team player: Collaborative and communicative, thriving in a busy office environment.
- Impeccable record: Clean credit history, compliance record, and driving licence.
