£24,000 – £28,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, financial guarantees, pension, DIS, bonus & commission, OTE £50,000 year 1, £70,000 in year 2
Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice, working from the very busy office in Sheffield dealing with mortgages up to £450k, with an average property value of £150k.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work with one of the UK’s best known mortgage broker brands, as well as a national estate agency.
Working with the busy estate agency, as a mortgage addvisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser you will receive 7-10 new mortgage leads per week, full access to the existing client database, and the potential to earn over £70,000.
The Sheffield office alone has a database of existing clients of over 5000, deals with properties up to £450k with an average property value in the area is £150k with over 700 properties sold per month in the area.
The busy branch requires a proactive individual to work alongside the team of introducers to contact existing clients to review their existing mortgage and protection policies as well as receiving fresh leads on a day to day basis.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage advisor or mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Sheffield, previous experience in offering mortgage advice to new and existing clients is essential for this role.
Along with previous mortgage advising experience, and the relevant qualification including either the CeMAP or CF1 & CF6, a full UK driving licence, a clean credit history and no criminal convictions is also essential.
Excellent communication skills both written and orally area also required.
