£24,000 – £28,000 basic, plus car/car allowance, pension, DIS, financial guarantees to £40,000 for 6 months, OTE £50,000 year 1, £75,000 year 2
Overview:
A well-known estate agency requires an experienced mortgage broker or mortgages adviser to offer mortgage and protection advice working from the very busy office in the Rotherham office dealing with mortgages up to £450k, with an average property value of £150k.
Main Duties:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work from an established estate agency branch in the Rotherham area, as the one mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in the branch you will receive new mortgage leads daily.
As well as receiving new leads on a daily basis, as an experienced mortgage broker or mortgage adviser in Rotherham, you will have unlimited access to the existing client base, where you will offer a remortgage service ensuring that the clients receive a first class service.
The Rotherham office alone has a database of existing clients of over 5000, deals with properties up to £450k with an average property value in the area is £150k with over 700 properties sold per month in the area.
The busy Rotherham branch requires a proactive mortgage broker or mortgage adviser to work alongside the team of introducers to contact existing clients to review their existing mortgage and protection policies as well as receiving fresh leads on a day-to-day basis.
Key Skills:
As you will be the sole mortgage broker or mortgage adviser working within the Rotherham branch, an excellent knowledge of mortgages and the various products is essential along with the CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
Applications will be considered from individuals from a tied, Independent, or banking mortgage environment if they can show a good track record in mortgage sales, if the CeMAP, CF6 or MAQ qualification along with CAS has been attained.
A clean credit history, with no criminal convictions, a full UK driving licence is also essential.
Summary:
