Salary:
- Basic £24,000 to £28,000
- Financial guarantees to £45,000 for 6 months
- Pension, DIS, car or car allowance
- OTE £60,000 – £90,000
Overview:
Join the flagship estate agency branch in Norwich! An award-winning team seeks an experienced Mortgage Broker to collaborate with existing introducers, handling 10-12 new mortgage appointments weekly. Deal with an average property size of £280,000, while managing mortgages up to £800,000, with an earning potential of up to £110,000 per annum.
Main Duties:
- Office-based whole-of-market Mortgage Advisor role.
- Daily new mortgage appointments and full access to the existing client database.
- Offer comprehensive mortgage and protection advice.
- Handle mortgages for properties up to £800,000, with an average case size of £2,500.
- Benefit from a sliding commission scale, earning £250 to £625 per case.
- Aim to sign up 2-3 mortgages per week.
Key Skills:
- Previous mortgage advice experience.
- Fully qualified with CeMAP or CF1 & CF6.
- Working knowledge of associated protection products (life, critical illness, IPP).
- Clean credit history, a full UK driving license, and no criminal convictions.
